Plan: 2026-10-03-ecosystem-parallel-completion.md.

Current

Findings awaiting action

Active implementation ownership

Rulings

Completion boundary

No product, brand system, trailer set, deployment or ecosystem release has been declared complete. All release requirements remain subject to direct evidence.

ABI gate diagnosis and verified fix

Live validation handles

Current ownership corrections

Bot review and repair round 1

WebPress saved export continuation

Verified continuation checkpoint

Current authoritative status is this checkpoint and later dated entries; earlier process handles and pending descriptions are historical. No full ecosystem release, deployment, security-clean audit or human audiovisual approval claimed.

Trailer isolation closure and next independent work

Abbey trailer standards/spec re-review both pass with zero open findings. Alternate outputs own their manifests, while the original delivery retains its compatible manifest location. Three durable regressions in examples/abbey-trailer/test_render.py use real metadata I/O and installed Biome, with media production stubbed. All 15 original output hashes, four authored inputs and historical renderer provenance match. Root’s retained regression and exact JSON Biome checks passed. These focused checks qualify the subsequent example-only fix; no fresh full product gate is claimed for that metadata/doc delta.

Quesar brand distribution is rendered as a local reproducible archive (842,867 bytes; SHA-256 73b779ac79c37b2e5a0e48cd25d6b8db253af824f00890ea43456b20ca1b7f60). Its final gate passed 744 tests; 71 payload checksums and 54 media references verified. Independent review is active. Public brand reuse rights and an outlined wordmark were not invented.

Abbey desktop gate initially stopped at missing installed TypeScript, with all 411 inventoried source hashes stable. Existing locked dependencies installed via bun install --frozen-lockfile exit0; root owns rerun session2433. Native Routes UI opt-in remains separate. No source edits or production service started.

Media worker now owns separate 4K16:9 and deliberately composed 1080x1920 Abbey concept exports, retaining existing original1080p media and provenance. No new product dependency or online publication is authorized by this render work.

Additional qualification closed

Bot fix3 qualified; WDBX provenance admitted

Root strict gate32980 completed exit0 at unchanged799-file SHA fc1cc1bb6e5c81457638dede4e712dd5c5a627127d4f51a4364189843677a457: 2,087Rust tests passed, eight ignored, release build and actual CLI checks included. Independent Standards and Spec reviews pass; LQ5-1/2/3 closed. Worker now owns append-only source qualification receipts; human/provider and installed-artifact acceptance remain separate. This supersedes the fix2 gate for current source.

The approved memory-edge spec’s missing resolving-digest read is admitted as a bounded WDBX/ABI vertical slice. Plan: 2026-10-03-memory-edge-resolution-provenance.md. Worker edge_resolution owns store query, gateway/protobuf/CLI projection and focused regressions. Root owns only a separate ABI benchmark report wording correction: remove the stale acceleration-dispatch claim and expose the existing deterministic synthetic workload plus unmeasured recall/durable/accelerator boundaries. Root broad gates wait for both sources to freeze; earlier WDBX/ABI gates predate these new changes. No event vocabulary, canonical digest, private data or production service changes.

Encoded format delivery closed

Abbey concept now has 30/15-second exports in1080p, native4K16:9 and recomposed 1080x1920portrait. Both new render processes completed exit0; all four new movies fully decoded with exact900/450frames, stereo48kHzAAC and faststart. Six retained metadata/profile regressions and exactJSONBiome checks passed. Root independently inspected final portrait master/short contact sheets and4K master beats, and rehash verification found zero new-output mismatches. All21 original files remain unchanged. Receipt retained under .superpowers/sdd/2026-10-03-ecosystem/evidence/. No renderer remains running; human listening and wider product/trailer program remain open. Delivery index links every actual file.

Resolver slice and release measurements qualified

The additive WDBX per-edge resolver, ABI gateway field 9 and CLI text/JSON readout passed independent Standards and Spec review with no open findings. Focused regressions cover both edge kinds, duplicate resolution refusal, wrong guild, open/unknown inputs, reopen and old/new wire compatibility. Root full WDBX gate passed 647 Rust executions on an unchanged 750-file source snapshot. ABI passed 988 Rust executions and 144 Python tests with both its 1,237-file snapshot and WDBX snapshot unchanged. CUDA remains unavailable. The initial ABI gate failed before compilation because PATH selected Apple’s Python 3.9; a process-local Python 3.14.8 shim corrected the runner environment, and the full rerun passed. Both logs are retained; no source or global toolchain workaround was applied.

Five bounded release-profile observations of the existing 500-vector scalar HNSW workload completed exit 0. Median run-p50 values are 25.625 µs insert and 7.375 µs search; all runs and tail percentiles, resource observations, source and binary hashes are retained. The shared host was not isolated, the queries repeat and the harness does not measure recall. See ../../verification/2026-10-03-wdbx-release-measurements.md. These do not imply production throughput or model-quality measurements.

The evidence audit verified linked artifacts and corrected completed Quesar packaging still appearing in open lists, linked Bot fix3 and trailer profile reviews, and labeled the pre-fix3 service observation historical. The release program remains Partial. Next local work is the existing native acceptance harnesses: Abbey Routes UI, Studio instrumented native journeys and WebPress authored publication after proving native scratch-library isolation.

Abbey native Routes UI qualified

Focused bun run smoke:routes:macos completed exit 0 with all seven scenarios: authenticated 25 rows, 10/50 limits, authentication rejection, daemon loss without fallback, empty log and unchanged route files. The native Accessibility driver captured 21 snapshots and retained one discarded traversal for string scanning. Existing Accessibility permission passed a nonprompting preflight; no grant or system setting changed. All 673 inventoried source paths (668 present, five pre-existing deletions) and HEAD remained unchanged. Scratch runtime HOME, configuration, state and sockets were isolated; no live store/provider use. All owned processes are stopped. Retained receipt: .superpowers/sdd/2026-10-03-ecosystem/evidence/abbey-routes-native/qualification-summary.json. This closes the focused macOS Routes UI row, not packaging or wider provider acceptance. Studio native e2e is the next owned runtime lane.

The separate Abbey WDBX consumer recheck passed 12 focused tests after the additive sibling change, covering persistence/reopen, locks, filtering, vector shape, provenance and deterministic scoring. No full Abbey rerun is implied. Independent audit of release measurements found no required corrections: all five raw logs, percentiles/units, build/source/binary hashes, gate totals and 41 delivery/report links matched.

Studio instrumented native journey qualified

Current-source macOS native e2e completed exit 0: five tests emitted six scenario IDs for Rust response/provenance, feedback persistence, conflict/malformed-import preservation and export/import/reload, image analysis/missing-model refusal, store/network/revision tabs, and virtualized 100,000-record history. The one bounded history-search observation was 26 ms with nine initial DOM rows, not a latency distribution or production benchmark. All 439 Studio source files, HEAD, and index bytes/timestamp remained unchanged; models stayed absent in the fresh scratch state. WASM, instrumented frontend, native build and synthetic image fixture stages all passed before the test. Optional debug-stripping and closed session mock-cleanup warnings remain in the logs. All test-owned processes ended; a separate subsequent interactive app was left untouched.

Receipt and screenshots retained under .superpowers/sdd/2026-10-03-ecosystem/evidence/studio-native/. Root inspected the actual native Vision/local-model screen. This closes instrumented macOS runtime acceptance only; packaging, signing, real OCR and GPU parity remain separate. WebPress is building a unique acceptance bundle with app-directory overrides and an ephemeral WebView before the native authored-publication ZIP journey.

WebPress isolated native build; UI ownership unresolved

A dedicated acceptance bundle built exit 0 using a unique application identifier, verified app-directory override and ephemeral WebView. Source/HEAD/index remained unchanged. The initial Library click was rejected by the computer-use state guard: “The user changed … WebPress Native Acceptance.app. Re-query the latest state …”. Fresh observations showed an Outline project and further edits outside our actions. The archive was not restored and no native ZIP was saved. The build is qualified; the authored-publication UI journey remains Partial.

The scratch directory and app were preserved without copying the external project, deleting data or sending quit. Its process was absent at handoff for an unknown reason. Ownership clarification is pending; this does not pause the overall program. Config/build/source/isolation receipts are retained under .superpowers/sdd/2026-10-03-ecosystem/evidence/webpress-native-partial/.

The next independent media slice is a 90-second six-product ecosystem trailer with deliberately composed 30/15-second derivatives. Worker owns only quesar.cloud/notes/launch/ecosystem-trailer-2026-10-03/; existing WebPress source/media and Quesar product routes remain unchanged. The chapter structure covers WDBX, ABI, Abbey, Abbey Bot, Quesar/MLAI and WebPress with source-grounded copy and explicit labels on conceptual illustrations. No new exported video is claimed until rendering, decoding and visual/audio checks finish.

Separate incident-report intake

The invoked Superpowers diagnosis remains Partial: intake selected “Another session or specific failure” and then “do as many as you can do”, without a particular session/error or expected-versus-observed incident. No seven-axis transcript report, issue or export bundle has been produced. The invoked diagnosis skill says: “Intake before analysis” and “A statement you reconstructed for them is not an answer.” This limits the separate incident report, not the authorized implementation, code reviews, concrete failure repairs or native/media checks.

Public-claims and dependency continuation

The media evidence pass found Quesar’s page/share card asserting a trained model while its typed architecture explicitly left that capability unqualified. Root corrected only route/OG copy to label the model vision, and updated old anonymous LAN-builder text to the current origin-scoped bearer pairing. The repository image generator changed only the Quesar share card; other seven cards are byte-identical. A new versioned brand archive preserves the old archive and all inputs except that one card: 839,435 bytes, SHA c11e12f44cd09ab64aa4828e3154a375a034efa8352cdded3d4fccf43280e88e. Second-build equality, 72 regular entries, 71 payload checksums and 54 unchanged media references passed. Independent review and full/static/browser gates are running; earlier Quesar gates predate this copy/artifact delta.

A read-only Bot dependency review found one compatible lock-only update for the yanked yoke-derive0.8.3 package. Worker changed only version/checksum to0.8.4, with no new dependencies or debt-policy edits. Initial RustSec/Linux TLS checks pass: five accepted vulnerabilities remain, three unmaintained warnings remain, the yanked warning is gone. The strict gate is running. Existing five vulnerabilities require broader upstream/dependency migration and synchronized reviewed debt policy changes; this small update is not a security-clean claim.

Corrected public copy and Bot dependency qualified

Quesar’s source/static/browser sequence completed exit 0 on unchanged application inputs: 744 unit tests in 89 files, 129 static pages and 226 browser tests. The corrected Quesar card was visually checked; the other seven cards stayed byte-identical. A final package revision also repairs the bundled reproduction command. The current archive is brand-distribution-2026-10-03-claims-reviewed.tar.gz, 839,614 bytes, SHA c5026c4c5b3b7c2ae6196cab63162b08b6c1dc91e6addce330281441a3af1f9d. Two builds match, all 71 checksums pass, 69 inputs and 54 media references verify. Only the Quesar JPG and README payload changed; both earlier archives remain historical. Final independent package review is underway.

Bot’s strict yoke-derive qualification completed exit 0: 2,087 Rust passed, eight ignored, 339 Python cases and Swift 12+16. Release and actual offline CLI startup checks passed. All 799 files, HEAD and index remained stable; source SHA 28c28ace3bc0d603857e10e3560578a8ea0fdb7883c26c8078a64a4da6db92d8. Candidate SHA 729cbf58db425d269316936d6ce56de35c693a8abbdb060966f730b0b92e31d9 is distinct from the unchanged installed artifact. Five accepted vulnerabilities and three unmaintained warnings remain; zero yanked warnings. Root independently verified the two-field lock delta, log totals and candidate hash. No deployment.

The six-product film’s pre-render specification and standards checks passed; the renderer is producing 90/30/15-second cuts sequentially. Final encoded acceptance remains pending. WebPress native UI ownership is still unresolved; its scratch app/project remains preserved. An independent read-only ABI audit is selecting the next concrete approved offline runtime requirement.

ABI cancellation boundary admitted

Read-only inspection found an existing abi-agent-host contract violation: a provider delta callback can cancel the token while later buffered deltas are still emitted; a ToolCall callback can cancel immediately before authorization and execution, but the current host does not recheck that boundary. The crate contract says no subsequent event/tool execution after cancellation. The worker owns only host control flow and local regression tests, with a live ownership check before changes. Required sequence: two failing regressions, minimal checks, focused tests/Clippy/fmt, independent review, then a root-owned ABI full gate on frozen source. Existing training/GPU work remains preserved. Earlier ABI full gate evidence remains historical for the new cancellation delta.

The Quesar claims/card/final-package independent review completed Standards PASS and Spec PASS, zero findings; ../../reviews/2026-10-03-quesar-claims-correction.md. The first ecosystem master encoded all frames but strict format validation rejected full-range yuvj420p from JPEG input. It is retained as an unqualified attempt. The renderer owner is adding explicit TV-range conversion and a real short encoder probe before rerendering; no failed output is a delivered master.

Callback cancellation and new ecosystem films qualified locally

ABI’s two-file host repair passed six previously failing callback regressions, 25 final focused tests, crate Clippy, formatting and size gates. Independent Standards and Spec reviews both passed with zero findings. Root’s fresh full gate completed exit 0: 996 Rust executions plus 144 Python, with ABI and WDBX source/HEAD/index snapshots unchanged. Cancellation now stops later buffered events, tool execution and continuation, preserving already delivered counters, audit decisions and provider usage. Whole-turn malformed-event refusal remains authoritative; existing deadline-check locations are unchanged. The independent report has a controller gate appendix and exact evidence links.

The ecosystem 90/30/15-second exports all rendered and decoded successfully: 4,050 frames, 14,347,810 MP4 bytes, 1080p30 H.264 yuv420p TV with stereo48kHzAAC and faststart. Eight source hashes, 16 source-claim pins and 63 original assets remain unchanged. Encoded loudness is -18.00/-18.00/-18.01 LUFS respectively. Root inspected all decoded chapter contact sheets and full-size samples and verified every output checksum. Chromium played all three to completion muted at8x; this does not constitute human listening or full-pace creative approval.

A local gallery was authored in docs/verification/2026-10-03-ecosystem-film-review.html. Desktop/mobile layout and video playback passed; optional file-origin VTT tracks were rejected by browser CORS. Root removed only those three optional tags after the ABI gate completed. Burned captions and transcript links remain; the narrow gallery rerun and final independent media receipt are pending. The unqualified first yuvj420p render remains preserved separately, never linked as delivery.

2026-10-03 coordinated source qualification correction

The current chat owns sequential source work in Abbey Bot, ABI, Abbey and WDBX; other writers are paused. Historical ecosystem receipts above remain preserved. Broader product/media/publication requirements retain their recorded scope.

Abbey Bot’s current stable strict gate passed 2,338 Rust tests (eight explicit live/operator exclusions), 366 Python cases plus 16 publication scenarios and Swift 12+16. ABI’s training-foundation and host deadline repairs passed actual RED/GREEN regressions and its final full gate: 1,007 Rust executions (including one doctest), 144 Python cases, zero failed/ignored; CUDA compilation unavailable without nvcc, and the two scoped dependency exceptions remain. Both repositories’ source snapshots and consumed WDBX inputs were unchanged across their gates. These are source qualifications, not installed/live/provider/model-weight proof.

WDBX-UI-1 was independently confirmed: component browser automation ignored STUDIO_BROWSER. An actual entry-point probe reproduced two passing controls and three failing selections; the closed launcher map now passes all five cases. The first probe invocation did not initialize Bun’s mock test runtime and is retained as a fixture failure, not behavioral RED. Actual component assertions passed in Chrome, Firefox and WebKit. WebKit’s first run exposed a pointer-focus assumption: a bare native anchor activated with BODY focused. The corrected test pins link activation, refusal to steal input focus and retained keyboard focus; no production focus behavior changed.

The full current WDBX source freeze, independent review, root gate, Studio web, broad lint, native tests/Clippy and dark/light browser checks remain required. Actual logs, exit statuses, complete manifests, archives and final attribution are retained outside the shared source in /Users/donaldfilimon/.codex/verification/abbey-bot-continuity-20261003/; wdbx-source-qualification.md records the final result only after those checks. No Git mutation, dependency addition, deployment, restart or live store was used.

Split-pane qualification correction

The approved P2 Task 7 requires the split-studio-nodes audit at width 1440. The browser producer emitted it, but the collector and positive fixture omitted it from required evidence. An actual CLI regression first accepted a receipt missing that exact state (one failed test after valid controls). The minimal 1440-only requirement and fixture correction now pass all 22 collector tests. This restores the approved evidence contract without a new field or schema.

The earlier current-pass root647, web195, broad-lint and native source checks predate this collector repair and remain preserved as historical evidence. Final qualification requires new unchanged complete manifests, independent repair review and authoritative gates against the revised snapshot. The external wdbx-source-qualification.md records actual final statuses/counts only afterward. The new six-engine/theme browser run remains required; component-only passes alone do not complete P2 Task 7. No production UI, native store or dependency was changed by either verification repair.

2026-10-08 current integration evidence

The browser gate (195 tests), broad lint, native tests (90 passed, one existing ignored), native Clippy, and all three browser engines in both themes passed. The six runs include interaction, 390/768/1440 accessibility and component regressions; the split-studio-nodes collector requirement is now qualified. See current integration receipt. Earlier operator restrictions are historical; Donald authorized main/origin integration and launcher updates on 2026-10-08. No blanket historical checkbox closure or native packaging/inference/hardware acceptance is asserted.
